Conditions for service advisors to join

1. Receive training

1.1 Individuals who apply to become service consultants need to first attend the LinkPass service consultant training course provided by the International Business School.

1.2 The training course will cover the following contents: professional knowledge, communication skills, service process, etc., to ensure that the service consultant has the necessary knowledge and skills.

2. Commissioner declaration

2.1 Service consultant (i.e. LinkPass commissioner)

2.2 After completing the training, the service consultant needs to be recommended by the designated consultant, and then go through the declaration process.

2.3 After preparing the required relevant materials, go to the Link Pass official website: https://linkpass.org/?type=form&S_id=9&lang=cn, and click the "Specialist Declaration" in the "Online Service" menu to declare.

2.4 During the declaration process, please ensure that you submit complete declaration materials to avoid repeated declarations. If duplicate declarations are found, the center will have the right to delete redundant application records.

2.5 The information required for the declaration must be true and valid, and no falsification or falsification is allowed. If the application materials are found to be false, the Center has the right to reject the application. For illegal activities involving identity forgery, etc., the Center will transfer them to relevant law enforcement agencies according to law.

3. Inspection review and collection management

3.1 After the declaration is submitted, the submitted application will be reviewed. After passing the review, the applicant can officially become a LinkPass service consultant.

3.2 After passing the review, LinkPass service consultants will be assigned to the service center in the city where they are located, and the service center will carry out centralized management and coordination.

3.3 Service consultants enjoy a certain degree of freedom in the issue of ownership, that is, they can apply for transfer to other cities for service at any time. But before the actual transfer, the service consultant needs to obtain the written consent of the receiving city service center.

3.4 There is no clear limitation on the service scope of LinkPass service consultants, and business services can be provided across regions. However, in terms of membership management and attribution, the registration information of corporate members shall prevail, and the service centers of the cities involved shall agree and carry out follow-up management and services.

3.5 In order to ensure service quality, LinkPass service consultants should record all customer information and related service content in the system in detail in accordance with the requirements of the CRM system, so as to conduct follow-up professional service follow-up. If it is found that the service consultant fails to declare the relevant information or login records in time, the city service center has the right to deduct the consulting service fee for the business after verification.

4. Other regulations

4.1 LinkPass service consultants are obliged to strictly abide by the regulations and code of conduct formulated by the center. Its behavior should always comply with the requirements of ethics, professional ethics, laws and regulations, and ensure the provision of professional and honest services.

4.2 During the joining process of LinkPass service consultants, if it is found that they have made false statements or provided false information, the center will have the right to disqualify their service consultants and pursue corresponding responsibilities.

4.3 LinkPass service consultants are responsible for actively participating in various related activities and training organized by the center. Through continuous learning and communication, service consultants can improve their professional quality and better provide high-quality services to corporate members.
